2. You will get one when checking out or by asking the sales associate for it (no purchase is needed to get a Game Piece).
3. Game Pieces are limited to one per person during the Promotion Period.
4. Sweepstakes ends on December 16, 2018.
5. Game Piece will contain perforated parts that will reveal whether the participant is a winner.
6. If the Game Piece reveals you are a winner of a Prize then you must complete verification by going to the official website where you will have to submit the requested information. After doing so, you will receive instructions as to how to redeem your prize.
