To enter this Sweepstakes, all you have to do is be identified in the State’s vaccine registry and get at least one dose of the covid-19 vaccine. Once you have obtain your dose, you will be immediately entered into the Sweepstakes.
All entries must be received by July 1st, 2021. On the same day of the Sweepstakes closure, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be notified via email or phone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Six winners will each obtain a dream vacation, including hotel, food, and entertainment for up to four, plus $2,000 for expenses.
