To enter this Sweepstakes, go to mdmhusa.com/DosEquisBigGam during the entry period, and, once there, enter your date of birth where indicated. Then, click on the BE THE MVP button and proceed to follow the online entry form with all the requested information. Submit it, and you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on January 24th, 2019. On the day following the Sweepstakes closure, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Open to legal residents of AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN and VA who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
The Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) to Miami, FL with travel dates between 2/1/20 – 2/3/20, including round-trip coach air transportation for two from the gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Miami, FL (MIA or FLL), standard hotel accommodations for two people—one room, double occupancy—for two nights, and credit with a Sponsor designated ticket broker/provider for use towards two tickets to a designated game during the travel dates.
Each First Prize winner will receive a $100 Gift Card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider.
