To enter this Giveaway, watch episodes of the series during the entry period and look for the Phrase of the Day that will appear on the scree. Then, go to drphil.com during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information, including the phrase. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person per each day of the Entry Period, which ends on December 6th, 2019. On the day following the Sweepstakes closure, four winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email within 48 hours of the draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Each winner will be awarded Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000).
