To enter this Sweepstakes, go to the official website during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information, including an explanation of the Game idea and a maximum 500-word written statement. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on July 31st, 2021. Following that day, judges will select the winners based on the following criteria: Each Entry Form and associated sketches, wireframes, or documentation of the Game idea (50%) and Written Statement (50%). Winning notification will be notified via email.
Each winner will be awarded the opportunity to participate in week-long workshop, sponsored by Change The Game and Girls Make Games, to be hosted online (retail value approximately US$10,000 or CAN$12,719); access to Girls Make Games mentorship (retail value approximately US$1,500 or CAN$1,908); and prize box including a Chromebook (retail value approximately US$1,000 or CAN$1,272).
