For your chance to win the prize pack, visit the official website during the Entry Period and scroll down to locate the entry form, which must be fully and accurately completed with all the requested information. After having completed, you will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes; there is a limit of one entry per person for the whole duration of the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by June 5th, 2019; on this same date, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and notified via email.
