Enter the Head & Shoulders Walmart Sweepstakes and get a chance to win Super Bowl LIV tickets!
To enter this Sweepstakes, purchase a qualifying Head & Shoulders product at Walmart and make sure you keep your receipt. Then, go to HeadandShouldersWalmartSweeps.com during the entry period, and, once there, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit the online entry form with all the requested information, including a picture of your receipt. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to fifty per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on December 1st, 2019. On or about December 11th, the winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes include:
