Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete all the indicated fields with all your correct contact information. Submit the form and you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on May 30th, 2021. On or about June 5th, 2021, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
