I have been to two of your stores looking to use this promotion and the employees didn’t know what I was talking about in either location. They tried to get me an upgrade by adding a line or changing my number, but there was still going to be a charge for the upgrade. Your ad does not mention adding lines or changing numbers and, in fact, says “visit your nearest Metro and get a smartphone upgrade entirely free!” So where is the disconnect here? Im kind of tired driving around to Metro stores and not getting help.
Any advice?
