To enter this Sweepstakes, go to the official website during the entry period, and, once there, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit the online entry form with all the requested information. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes. You can also enter by texting “PetClub” to 467467.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on September 30th, 2020. Following the Sweepstakes closure, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be announced on October 5th, 2020 and notified via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Each Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Fitbit Fitness Activity Tracker and a FitBark Activity Monitor, approximate combined value of $200.
