- To enter this Sweepstakes, visit fantasyawards.nba.com during the Entry Period.
- Once there, click on the Start Voting button and vote for the NBA player nominee that you think should win the respective award.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form with all the requested information.
- You will then obtain an entry into the Sweepstakes.
- Entries are limited to one per person / email address for the entire duration of the Sweepstakes.
- Sweepstakes ends on March 17, 2019.
- Winners will be selected at a random drawing on or about April 1, 2019 from all eligible entries received, and notified by email.
