Once you have logged in to your account, fill out and submit the sweepstakes entry form to receive your entry into the draw. Limit one Entry per person per day.

Sweepstakes ends on November 4, 2022. The potential winner will be chosen on or about November 7, 2022 and he or she will be notified shortly with instructions on how to claim the prize.
