To enter this Sweepstakes, go to the official website during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information, including a photo of your pet. Upon completion of these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on June 16th, 2021. On or about June 21st, 2021, winners will be selected by a panel of judges whose desicion will be made based on the following criteria: Creativity and originality; and Visual Appeal/Quality of the Photo. Winning notification will be conducted via email within 10 days after the draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
