To enter this Sweepstakes, go to planetfitness.com/2000-locations during the entry period, and, once there, answer the trivia question. Then, regardless of whether your answer is correct, you will be prompted to complete the online entry form with all the requested information. After having submitted the form, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to five per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on January 30th, 2020. On the day following the Sweepstakes closure, the winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. All winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Five Grand Prize winners will each obtain a year-long Black Card Planet Fitness membership to winner’s choice of a Planet Fitness club.
Other Prizes include:
