Then go to scorewithvelveeta.com and follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete and submit the online entry form with all the requested information. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes and an Instant Win Game.
Entries are limit to one per person per each day of the Sweepstakes Period, which ends on December 31st, 2021. On or about November 9th, 2021, Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email.
