3. After submission of the form, you will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.
4. Entries are limited to one per person every 24 hours.
5. Sweepstakes ends on April 10, 2019.
6. Open to legal residents of the USA only.
7. On the same day of Sweepstakes closure, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
8. Winners will be notified via email.
9. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
