To enter this Sweepstakes, go to the official website during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person per each day of the Sweepstakes Period, which ends on November 22nd, 2021. On each week of the Sweepstakes, three winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Each winner will be awarded an autographed item from their favorite NFL team. The NFL team item will contain an autograph from a current player, former player or other NFL team member.
