To enter this Sweepstakes, go to the official website during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information, including your choice of your preferred team. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on October 5th, 2021. On or about October 22nd, 2021, winners will be selected in ten random drawings from among all the eligible entries received for each team bucket. Winning notification will be conducted via email.
