To enter, visit your local participating Aeropostale or Forever 21 store location to receive an entry card which contains an unique code.
Next, head to the official Ultimate Concert Sweepstakes website at ultimateconcertsweeps.com
Complete the sweepstakes entry form by entering the requested personal information and your unique entry code. Agree to the rules and submit the form to be entered into the draw.
Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 24, 2022. Winner will be randomly chosen from among all the elegible entries received on or about January 6, 2023.
Grand Prize (1 winner): A trip to attend the “Show of an Era” or concert of your choice in NYC. Includes:
- 2 tickets to attend the show on either May 26th, May 27th or May 28th, 2023 in the New York metro area
