Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on November 26th, 2021. On each game of the college football season, everytime Kicker Cade York attempts a 50 yard or longer Field Goal, winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
