To enter this promotion, make a purchase at any Walmart and keep your receipt. If your receipt has a a survey invitation go to www.survey.walmart.com during the entry period, and follow the instructions to submit your receipt unique code found on the cash register receipt. Then, complete the survey and submit it to obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limit to seventy-one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on April 30th, 2020. On or about May 7th, 2020, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email on May 14th, 2020. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Five Grand Prize winners will each receive a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000.
Each First Prize winner will a Walmart gift card in the amount of $100.
