Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information. After having completed these steps, you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes. You will also be given the chance to complete the ‘Tell us more’ survey and obtain 5 additional entries.

Entries are limit to 6 (one initial plus five additional) per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on March 31st, 2022.
