1. To participate in this Sweepstakes, visit modeloufctrivia.com during the Entry Period.
2. Once there, follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form with all the requested information.
3. You will, then, have access the current Entry Period’s UFC Trivia Questions.
4. A total of ten questions may be presented in each Entry Period. Depending on the number of correct answers you make, you will receive a Prize Drawing.
5. Entries are limited to one per person / email address per Entry Period.
6. Sweepstakes ends on March 8, 2019.
7. Winners will be selected at random drawings from all eligible entries received, and notified by email or phone.
