If you want to enter without purchasing a ticket, write your First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Date of Birth, Daytime Phone Number, and Email Address (if any) on a 3”x5” card and mail it to TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM SLICE OF NEW YORK SWEEPSTAKES NPN ENTRY, P.O. Box 415, Tenafly, NJ 07670. The card must be postmarked by August 14, 2023, and received by August 21, 2023. This also gives you one entry.
Remember, only one entry is allowed per person, no matter the method of entry.
