Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to you if you are a legal resident of the 50 U.S. states, including the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec). However, you must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry. You must also have internet access and a valid email address to participate.
How to Enter
There are three exciting ways to enter:
Scan QR Code on Bottles: Scan the QR code under the screw-top caps of select Cupcake Vineyards and Cupcake Lighthearted still wine bottles, then follow the prompts on the website to complete your entry.
Email Request: Send an email request to CupcakeSummerSweeps@avidinc.com with your personal information, including age verification. You’ll receive a unique link to the Sweepstakes URL for entry.
On-Premise Participation: Visit a restaurant or bar advertising the Cupcake Vineyards Summer of Joy and scan the QR code on the advertising materials. Again, follow the prompts on the website to complete your entry.
Remember, each QR code can be scanned once per 24-hour period by up to four different individuals.
Prizes
The sweepstakes features three categories of prizes:
Grand Prize: A whopping US$50,000 to one lucky Grand Prize winner!
Weekly Prizes: Choose from five fantastic destinations and if you’re the lucky winner, you’ll embark on the trip of your choice, each valued up to $8,000. Options include a beach getaway, a New York city break, a glamorous camping (glamping) experience, an Alaskan adventure, or a music festival trip.
Daily Prizes: Each weekday and Saturday, you stand a chance to win fantastic daily prizes.
Entry period
The sweepstakes are spread across three related entry periods:
Grand Prize Entry Period: May 28, 2023 (starting 12:00:00 a.m. PT) to September 4, 2023 (ending 11:59:59 p.m. PT)
Weekly Prize Entry Periods: 14 distinct periods within the grand prize entry period.
Monday Thru Saturday Daily Prize Entry Periods: Every weekday and Saturday within the grand prize entry period starting at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the same day.
Winner Selection
