To enter this Sweepstakes, purchase two bottles of specially-marked Heinz tomato ketchup, mustard, and/or mayochup and locate the number (either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9) on the front of bottle. Then, take a picture of your receipt and go to heinzsquares.com; once there, follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form and upload the picture of your receipt. Finally, select two numbers in the bottle and if they match the final score of the applicable game, you will obtain entries into the Sweepstakes.
Limit to three receipt uploads per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on February 7th, 2021. On or around February 19th, 2021, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Winning notification will be conducted via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
