1. To participate in this Sweepstakes, visit the official website any time during the five Entry Periods (from January 10 to 15, 2019).
2. Once there, follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form with all the requested information.
3. After having completed the registration form, you will get an entry in to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entries are limited to one during each Entry Period.
5. Sweepstakes ends on January 15, 2019.
6. One winner for each Entry Period will be selected at a random drawing and notified via email on the following day of each Period’s closure.
