To enter this Sweepstakes, go to palermovillainc.com/pizzalove during the Entry Period, and, once there, scroll down locate the online entry form. Proceed to follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information. After having completed the online entry form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries are limited to one per person for the whole duration of the Entry Period. This Sweepstakes ends on July 27th, 2019 by which time all entries must be correctly submitted. All winners will be selected on the same day of Sweepstakes closure in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be notified via email or phone.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
