1. For your chance to win one of the cash prizes, go to qvc.com/sweepstakes during the Entry Period.
2. Once there, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit the registration form with all the required information.
3. Agree to the rules.
4.  After having completed all of the steps above, you will then get an entry into the Sweepstakes.
5. Entries are limited to one per person / household per day during the entire Sweepstakes.
6. Sweepstakes ends on May 27th, 2019.
7. Open to legal residents of the USA who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
