Eligibility
You’re eligible to participate if you’re at least 18 years old and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
How to Enter
1. Visit www.realtor.com/ai
2. Complete the online sweepstakes entry form and follow any other instructions.
3. Click the button to submit the entry form.
Prizes
The lucky winner will receive:
– $2,500 in cash or equivalent, paid by gift card, check, wire transfer, or any other medium chosen by the Sponsor.
– A blueprint or building plan of a dream home image generated using the AI Dream Home process featured on the Landing Page.
Entry Period
The sweepstakes is open for entries starting at 6:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on April 17, 2023, and ending at the End Time. The End Time will be posted on the Landing Page when the AI image generation feature is halted by the Sponsor.
Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing during the week in which the End Time falls. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee from among all eligible entries received.
