- Along with the online form, you will also have to upload a 90-second video showing what makes you and your crew ballers (examples are available at the bottom of the webpage).
- Entries are limited to one per person / email address per day during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
- Sweepstakes ends on January 27, 2019.
