To enter this Sweepstakes, go to seafoamisweeps.com during the entry period, and, once there, scroll down to locate the online entry form. Then, follow the on-screen directions to fully complete and submit it with all the requested information. Finally, complete the survey questions and you will obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes and the monthly drawing.
Entries are limit to one per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, which ends on May 23rd, 2022. On or about May 25th, 2022, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all the eligible entries received. Moreover, on each month of the Sweepstakes Period, winners will be selected via the same method. Winning notification will be conducted via phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
