2. Then, go to sunnyd.com/lto to fully complete and submit the online entry form with all the requested information, including the UPC code.
3. You will be prompted to provide your answer to the multiple-choice question regarding the Product Label.
4. After having completed each of these steps, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes and one Game Play.
5. Entries are limited to one per person per day.
6. Sweepstakes ends on August 31st, 2019.
